Siddha is a trusted Advisor for SMBs on Office 365 technologies. He provides end-to-end services for small businesses on Office 365 migration, SharePoint branding and customization, Skype for Business implementation, and post-deployment support. He also project manages our outsourced web and mobile apps development team.Siddha started learning about Office 365 at the young age of 14 when he would read chapters his mother drafted while writing the book “Office 365 for Dummies” to ensure that the material resonated with people who were not highly technical. When he was 18 years old, Siddha was a consultant at Microsoft Global HR Operations managing a SharePoint Online project and overseeing outsourced resources. As a technical support engineer for Cloud611, Siddha has been in the frontline serving our clients and ensuring their issues are resolved.
A true digital native, Siddha–barely 20 years old–understands technology and is quick to adapt to and adopt digital innovations. His knowledge of Microsoft technologies is mostly self-learned and he sees technology not as a consumer product but a means to build bridges for communication, information exchange, learning, and entertainment.
Siddha is very passionate about providing the best customer experience for Cloud611 clients. This passion is fueled by his experience as the youngest member of the Peer Advisory Board for Teen Link, a safe, anonymous, nonjudgmental, and confidential peer-to-peer support group which provides support globally for at-risk youths. He is an advocate and public speaker for teen issues and personally provides hotline support for troubled teens.
